The Entry Fee is £80.00 per annum for each yacht in all RMYC Classes wishing to avail itself of the Club’s 

race organisation.

Please find enclosed a cheque in payment of my Boat Account, which includes £80.00 as the Entry Fee for the

 2009 season.

NB The safety of a boat and her entire management, including insurance, shall be the sole responsibility of the

 owner/person in charge, who must ensure that the boat and her entire crew are adequate to face the conditions 

that may arise during the course of the race. Acceptance into a Club Series does not limit the absolute responsibility 

of the owner/person in charge for the crew, the boat and her management. 

The Club shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, death or personal injury, howsoever caused, to the 

owner/person in charge or crew, as a result of their taking part in the races offered. Moreover, every owner/person in

charge warrants the suitability of the boat for the race or races.

(1) that I have third party insurance to the minimum value of £2,000,000.00 as required by the Club’s Sailing Instructions.

(2) that I agree to be bound by The Racing Rules of Sailing 2009-2012 and the Club’s Sailing Instructions.
