Race Entry Form for 2010 Season

The Entry Fee is £80.00 per annum for each yacht in all RMYC Classes wishing to avail itself of the
Club’s race organisation. Please fill in the details below, sign to confirm you have read the notes and
have the required insurance cover. Return the completed form with your Entry Fee to the Hon.
Treasurer.

To the Hon. Treasurer
Please find enclosed a cheque in payment of my Boat Account, which includes £80.00 as the Entry Fee
for the 2010 season.

NB The safety of a boat and her entire management, including insurance, shall be the sole responsibility of
the owner/person in charge, who must ensure that the boat and her entire crew are adequate to face the
conditions that may arise during the course of the race. Acceptance into a Club Series does not limit the
absolute responsibility of the owner/person in charge for the crew, the boat and her management. The
Club shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, death or personal injury, howsoever caused, to the
owner/person in charge or crew, as a result of their taking part in the races offered. Moreover, every
owner/person in charge warrants the suitability of the boat for the race or races.

I confirm :- 

(1) that I have third party insurance to the minimum value of £2,000,000.00 as required by the
Club’s Sailing Instructions.
(2) that I agree to be bound by The Racing Rules of Sailing 2009-2012 and the Club’s Sailing
Instructions.
